Choose our chef’s favorites – Shrimp Diablo – Gulf Shrimp sautéed with our chef’s secret chipotle marinade, or Tequila-Lime Shrimp – Gulf Shrimp, sautéed in butter, garlic, lime juice, tequila and fresh herbs. Maybe  Chicken Chile poblano – with a nice pair of chicken breasts grilled in a spicy chile poblano sauce, or perhaps our Arrachera (flat iron steak) Angus steak marinated in lime juice and Mexican spices, butterflied and cooked to perfection, sided with sautéed veggies and Mexican rice.
